CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

 Hello! As I mentioned before I am a dental student and today I will talk about what I would change in my career. If I could change something in my career it would be to include more sports hours and that they were mandatory to not have schedule clashes, also include subjects related to personal skills or leisure time, because I feel that the necessary importance is not given to the need for a healthy and balanced life in health careers in general, because we have very extensive schedules with a lot of academic load. Although in the online modality we don't have to go to the university and we save the travel time, so we have a little more time to do our personal activities and organize our time better. Another thing that I would change in my faculty are the recreational spaces, I would like to include rest rooms with sofas and maybe with some games, although there is a room that serves as a rest room, the chairs are in poor condition and are too few for the number of students, I wo

TIME TRAVEL TO THE PAST

 Today I'm going to talk to you about what era I would visit if I had a time machine. With my time machine I would like to travel to the Roaring Twenties, I am very interested in that era. I feel it was a time of happiness, welfare and prosperity, after the terrible first world war people had regained their joy and had faith in progress and in their futures. In general it was an era that was characterized by a cultural revolution in which art and cinema developed a lot, also jazz, charleston and blues were incorporated to music, and innovation in fashion with exponents such as Coco Chanel.  There was also a strong women's liberation movement in which women became more involved in working life and leisure, challenging the "socially correct". I would go with my girlfriends to enjoy the art and culture of the time, also to visit the universities and places where the sciences were studied, I am very interested in the history of science, especially science done by women. MY FUTURE JOB

 Hello friends! Today we will talk about my future job.  I am currently a dental student and I plan to work as a dentist in the future, maybe outside of Chile. I imagine myself working in a dental office and also working in projects related to oral education of the population, focused on the youngest and people in vulnerable situations, I would be very interested in helping in some way in some of these aspects. That is the future work that I imagine and why I am studying this career. Since I was a child I have been interested in the area of science, especially biological sciences, the topics are really exciting. I always imagined myself studying a career related to science and health. Also, since I was very little I always liked manual activities, I was always drawing or creating things with my hands. Although I didn't always think about being a dentist, at one point I wanted to be a doctor, an astronomer or even a scientist. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to study, since

WILD ANIMALS AND PETS

 Hello everyone! Today I will tell you about my experience with animals. I love animals since I was very little, I consider them amazing and wonderful, they are the noblest thing that exists in the world and have proven to be superior to humans in many aspects. I have always felt very sad when I see people who mistreat or kill them for pleasure in the news (I can't even watch it anymore).  I remember when I was a child, in fourth grade, I saw in the news that many whales and sea creatures were appearing dead on beaches around the world without explanation, some people associated it with radars from the Asian continent that pierced the eardrums of the whales until they died. I wanted so much to be able to help in something, but the truth was that there was not much to do, I only thought of forming a group with my friends to protect the whales, we made posters and handed out papers with information. MY FAVORITE CARTOON

My favorite cartoon is the pink panther, I really like the intelligent humor it uses, the music of the chapters and how the stories are connected.  The pink panther is a pink panther as her name says, very thin and elegant, smart and cheerful, she doesn't like to work too much and always gets into trouble.  In several chapters she shares with other characters like the egg and the inspector, together they go through very funny situations, some everyday and others more complex. I remember several chapters, I especially like one in which the pink panther lives in front of an observatory and has many problems with a scientist and a giant telescope. I also like a chapter in which she finds a witch's wand and begins to cast spells, then becomes Cinderella's fairy godmother.  During my childhood I saw many chapters of the pink panther, and last year during my forties days I saw several chapters that I liked, unfortunately they do not give it much on television but there are severa

The best holidays I've had

The best vacation I ever had was in 2013. The destination country was Cuba, where my mother's family lives, a wonderful country that seems to be stopped in time. I was in Havana, Varadero and its surroundings, which are the typical destinations for tourists, however, despite not having traveled much of this country, I had a unique and incredible opportunity to get to know a real Cuba, to know how people live, their problems, their joys, their dances and traditions. Cuba is known for its warm beaches and its people, the landscapes that Cuba shows us are unique and wonderful, something I had never seen before, the beauty and concern for the old, to keep alive an era, a culture.  In addition to its landscapes and culture, its people are unique, humble and generous, very intelligent and friendly, very nice people to have a good time. I would very much like to return to Cuba and visit many more places, it is something I want to do soon but the pandemic prevents it.

A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

Traveling to another country is an experience that gives us a lot of new knowledge and helps us to better understand other realities different from our own. I don't travel a lot but one country I really want to visit is Ireland, I think it is a very interesting country because of its people and its beautiful landscapes. I find very interesting their celebrations for St. Patrick's Day, I would like to be in Ireland on St. Patrick's Day and enjoy that celebration. Ireland also has beautiful beaches and cliffs, I love the beach so I would be very happy in those places.  Its cities have an incredible architecture, I would like to know especially Navan, Drogheda and Dublin. At the moment I would like to go only as a tourist, however, in the future I would like to go for a long time, maybe to study or live some new adventure.
